Our environmental values

We’re committed to working in a safe, fair environment in which we respect people and our planet.

We’re also committed to working with clients that we believe share our values. We’re proud to say that most of our longest-standing clients are from the charitable, not-for-profit, regeneration, and creative & cultural sectors. We actively seek to work with organisations working in these sectors, and we feel our approach to work reflects this.

At the office, we aim to reduce, re-use, and re-cycle. We don’t use paper when we don’t need to, and any non-essential lights or machinery is turned off during out-of-office hours. Further, we recycle any waste paper we have, alongside cardboard, plastics and aluminium; our electricity is sourced from wind-farms; and we only use environmentally sound cleaning products.

Our hosting partners are actively minimising the environmental impact of supplied services and products. Electric consumption is closely monitored and only the latest, regulatory compliant equipment is used throughout the server farms. Redundant servers are collected and recycled using our manufacturer’s asset recycling programme, which certifies ethical recycling in accordance with EU guideline. We work within a framework of equality of opportunity and we adhere to the law on sex, race and disability discrimination.
